What if I have IGC-retail plants that fail to thrive after their arrival?

It is unusual for the plants to arrive in poor shape, but should that happen, please call Customer Service to request a Credit Memo Request form. We will process your credit and a copy will be sent to you.
What should I do if I have left over finished product at the end of the season?
A:
If you have any product left, we suggest that you pot them into larger 1, 2 or 5 gallon pots for resale in the fall or over winter the plants until the next spring. Imagine what the plants will look like the next year!
We have 2 growing facilities in Washington state, their combined totals are: 600 acres of growing fields, 30 acres of greenhouse and over 24,000 sq. ft. of freezer space.
